Q:

Do I need to use a local patent attorney to file and prosecute my patent
application?

A:
|
No. Patents and U.S. Trademarks are filed and prosecuted with the
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a federal agency. For this reason, registered patent attorneys, where ever they are located,
may practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This allows us to provide
our services to individuals and corporations across the country and literally
around the world.
In addition, for our corporate clients we will arrange, when necessary, for an inventor interview day at the client's facilities. Contact us for more information.
